About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Field Foreman to join our team at MasTec Communications Group. As a Field Foreman, you will play a critical role in leading our construction site operations and ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily site construction work efforts to ensure crew meets production goals.
  • Implement and enforce MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
  • Ensure safety requirements are met at all sites and with all crew members.
  • Oversee daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites.
  • Maintain daily paperwork required for sites and crews.
  • Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership.
  • Compile site-specific closeout documentation and upload to customer interfaces.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives and maintain good working relationships.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to crew members.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition.
  • Validate daily timesheets for management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), technical degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience.
  • WSA certification a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
  • Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
