Position Overview:

Flexible Scheduling:
We are looking for professionals who can provide services during daytime hours, after school, or on weekends. This role offers exceptional flexibility, making it suitable as either a primary or secondary employment opportunity, accommodating your scheduling needs and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions while collaborating with the BC/treatment team to address the needs of both the individual and their family.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of treatment plan objectives for children and adolescents and their families.
  • Introduce, practice, and reinforce positive coping strategies tailored to a diverse range of children and their families.
  • Demonstrate and encourage respectful, assertive communication and essential life skills.
  • Maintain documentation of therapy sessions and engage in the review and update of treatment plans.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree with a minimum of 9 credits in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. Additionally, candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
  • One year of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to children and young adults.
  • Completion of a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.

Master's degree (Required)

Preferred Licensure/Certification:
LPC, LSW, LCSW, or BSL

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel 50% of the time is required.
