Job Title: Adolescent IOP Counselor

Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is seeking a skilled Adolescent IOP Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide high-quality clinical services to adolescents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with clinical policy and accreditation guidelines.
  • Facilitate individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact as applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
  • Participate in aftercare plan development and outcome data process.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a related field with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Master's level licensure: Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Counseling, or certification by a state-wide certification board.
