We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical professional who is eager to contribute positively to agriculture and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as a knowledgeable financial expert by providing reliable credit and financial services while adhering to established regulations and policies. Your primary duties will include:
  • Conducting thorough financial analyses, including historical trends, projections, repayment schedules, and stress testing, to support credit recommendations.
  • Crafting comprehensive loan narratives that summarize financial analyses, addressing the five C's of credit, and documenting both strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers to finalize credit recommendations.
  • Securing necessary approvals for loan decisions.
  • Staying informed about internal credit practices, loan products, and compliance standards to ensure sound credit decisions.
  • Managing the loan underwriting process efficiently to meet targeted turnaround times.
  • Assisting in the preparation of larger loan packages and monitoring compliance with loan covenants.
  • Engaging in ongoing education regarding agricultural industry trends.
  • Participating in association initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Completing additional projects and research as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in agricultural or commercial credit analysis/underwriting.
  • Strong credit judgment and analytical skills to produce accurate credit packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a diverse team.
  • Proficient analytical and computer skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Comfortable with extended periods of desk work and computer use.
