  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and administrative personnel to address documentation discrepancies
  • Conduct compliance assessments to ensure alignment with industry standards
  • Engage in strategic initiatives aimed at performance enhancement
  • Facilitate training and educational sessions for staff
  • Manage appeals for denied claims and lead monthly Revenue Integrity discussions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration is essential
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in medical coding and record analysis
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is advantageous
