">We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Oncologist to join our team at our hospital-employed practice in southeastern Nebraska.
">Job Description:
">This full-time opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $400,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Radiation Oncologist with our practice, you will be responsible for providing medical oncology services to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology.

">We offer a generous compensation package, including a base salary, production incentives, CME time and stipend, malpractice coverage, health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement, and more.
">Work-Life Balance:
">Our clinic operates on a Monday-Friday schedule, with a manageable call rotation that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy an average daily volume of 15-20 treatments, 5-10 follow-ups, and 2-5 consults.
">Clinical Opportunities:
">You will have the opportunity to participate in the planning process for our new Cancer Center, scheduled to open in 2024/2025. Additionally, there may be opportunities for Medical Directorship within our practice.
">Relocation Assistance:
">We offer a sign-on bonus of $50,000 and relocation assistance of up to $10,000 to help you relocate to southeastern Nebraska.
