Key Responsibilities:
• Design and innovate unique engineering methodologies and procedures.
• Develop advanced testing protocols and perform detailed analyses of failure techniques.
• Communicate complex concepts through comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Proven track record in reliability engineering for weapon systems.
• Expertise in conducting diverse reliability analyses, including root cause and corrective action, Weibull analysis, life data analysis, and fault tree analysis.
• Proficient in tools such as Reliasoft, Python, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in environments demanding high system reliability and availability, including nuclear and aerospace sectors.
• Knowledge of Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) at various levels.
• Strong ability to create clear working documents and management presentations, analyze extensive data, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time within the continental United States.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Ability to manage multiple unique tasks concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
