Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Lead Reliability Engineer to join our team at Eglin Air Force Base. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies to ensure the availability and performance of complex systems.
  • Conduct reliability analyses, fault tree analysis, life data analysis, and recommend solutions to improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate business operational risks.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to personnel on various processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Active Security clearance.
  • Proven experience in system reliability engineering, with a focus on mission reliability, system reliability for weapon systems, nuclear/space programs, etc.
