Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer, Lead to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of reliability engineering solutions to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, reliability engineering, and project management. You will be responsible for conducting reliability analyses, developing and implementing reliability engineering plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of reliability engineering solutions to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.
  • Conduct reliability analyses, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), fault tree analysis (FTA), and reliability growth analysis.
  • Develop and implement reliability engineering plans, including reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and condition-based maintenance (CBM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, reliability engineering, and project management.
  • Strong background in reliability engineering, including FMEA, FTA, and reliability growth analysis.
  • Experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and condition-based maintenance (CBM).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 33% of the time CONUS.
  • Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with Reliasoft and other reliability engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
