Job Summary

As a Route Service Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting dish machine operations, and delivering valuable service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide on-call emergency service, collect customer payments, and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
  • Product Sales and Training: Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers, and train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
  • Service Delivery and Management: Deliver and pick-up chemicals, build rapport with decision makers, and negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.
  • Driving and Mechanical Experience: Valid driver's license and a reasonably good driving record, with driving or mechanical experience preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, and build strong relationships with decision makers.
