Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Paradigm Information Services, Inc. in Boise, Idaho.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to supervisory and non-supervisory employees, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars for multiple employees, and handle telephone calls professionally.
  • Prepare expense reports, travel arrangements, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Develop and edit Excel spreadsheets for financial and expense records, and arrange shipments as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of general administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Smartsheet knowledge, are essential for this role.
  • Strong Excel data analysis skills and ability to design PowerPoint presentations are also required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and attention to detail abilities.
Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
