In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and secure messaging. This includes resolving bill payment disputes, working with customers and vendors to clear up discrepancies, and documenting all interactions. You will also assist customers with setting up new online banking profiles, troubleshooting digital banking issues, and performing system updates. Additionally, you will participate in the development of standard operating procedures, maintain accurate records, and adhere to security protocols to prevent customer losses and protect our bank's assets. As an ideal candidate, you should have extensive experience in Deposit Operations, excellent communication and writing skills, and analytical and reporting skills. Your compensation package will include an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
