We are seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position until the trainee has received certification of program completion and been placed into a branch.

About this role: As a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
  • Coach bankers to engage customers, understand their needs, and build relationships to help customers succeed financially.
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business.
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options.
  • Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
