At Acosta/Berg, we're seeking a skilled Sales Representative - Route Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with store managers/owners in the West Houston TX market area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage sales, distribution, and merchandising of our brand portfolio within assigned territories
  • Conduct professional product presentations to current and prospective customers
  • Place product orders and expand product offerings to retailers
  • Achieve sales goals and brand building measures
  • Utilize iPad technology for reporting all inventory/sales made daily and weekly
  • Demonstrate company values in all business interactions

Requirements:

  • Routine/Territory Sales Experience Preferred
  • Professional sales approach
  • Knowledgeable and Passionate about exceptional client service and exceeding sales goals
  • Outgoing and assertive personality
  • Exceptional Time Management skills, Excellent Communication skills and Organizational Skills Required
  • iPad Technology Skills
  • Trip planning skills and comfort with driving a commercial cargo van
  • Valid Driver's License Required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated salary range)
