- Root Cause Investigations: Collaborate with suppliers to investigate and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Quality Process Improvement: Provide technical resources to maintain and improve quality processes and products for all suppliers.
- Supplier Selection and Qualification: Participate in the selection and qualification of new suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Customer Support: Work closely with quality engineers to provide direct customer support for quotation and contract reviews, customer complaints, product failure analysis, and process audits.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience working with suppliers in a quality assurance role.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, SPC, Design of Experiments, and Gage Design.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Proven analytical and organizational ability, with effective problem identification and solution skills.
