As a General Manager in Manufactured Home Sales, you will be responsible for leading and directing the sales and marketing strategies for your site location. You will create and maintain a highly energized selling culture while partnering with other Titan leaders to develop and implement appropriate strategic sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a clean, professional, and organized store, reviewing inventory with maintenance personnel at least once a week.
  • Lead your team from the start of the morning, including morning inspiration meetings and daily training, focusing on overall team and personal development.
  • Implement deal meetings with sales professionals, office managers, and operations managers, increasing the production of the overall store.
  • Hold one-on-one meetings with each team member at least once a week, reviewing results, following up, and inspiring the team individually.
  • Follow up with all customers who are eligible to purchase and/or have purchased with Titan within 24 hours of the initial contact, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Develop and plan sales and marketing strategies at an executive level to produce maximum results.
  • Motivate, inspire, and coach a winning team that works positively together.
  • Meet budget plans and commitments in place.
  • Recruit and set interviews weekly for the store's overall success.
Requirements:
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in new home sales management or 3+ years in the manufactured home industry.
  • Our General and Sales Managers lead from the front and are expected to sell alongside their team.
  • Must be willing to relocate to any of our locations throughout Texas.
  • This position will be steadily placed at one of our locations, with a home site.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Persuasive but creative strategies to increase traffic and sales in-store.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Preferred but not required).
  • Must be a fast-paced, independent, and motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed.
  • Possess a proven history of success in managing both sales and operations team professionals.
