Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you'll examine and treat patients with physical impairments using various modalities. Your goal will be to assist individuals with physical challenges to improve mobility and function, enabling them to perform daily living tasks independently. We offer Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, among others. You'll administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching family members and other healthcare team members as needed. Your work will be guided by physician orders and the established plan of care, under the supervision of the Branch Director.

Qualifications
  1. Valid state driver's license
  2. Automobile liability insurance
  3. Seatbelt usage at all times while driving
  4. Dependable transportation in good working condition
  5. Ability to drive in various weather conditions
  6. Current licensure in the state of employment
