Position: Quality Control Specialist

Location: Billerica, MA (on-site)

EPM Scientific is expanding its Quality Control team and is looking for a dedicated Quality Control Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control assessments on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct release, stability, validation, and complaint quality control assessments
  • Utilize USP and EP testing methodologies
  • Oversee and calibrate laboratory systems and equipment, including water systems, environmental chambers, and analytical instruments
  • Prepare reagents, wash glassware, and set up equipment for testing and assays
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
  • Must possess authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
