Position Overview

As a STEM Education Facilitator at Foothills Family Enterprises LLC, you will have the chance to ignite a passion for learning in children through engaging, hands-on technology programs. Your role will encompass a variety of exciting subjects including 3-D printing, Robotics, Drone Aviation, and Virtual Reality, all designed to encourage creativity and teamwork among students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering the STEM curriculum effectively and enthusiastically.
  • Overseeing daily class operations, managing resources, and fostering a collaborative classroom atmosphere.
  • Building positive relationships with students to create an enjoyable learning environment.
  • Communicating effectively with program management regarding student progress and needs.
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Ability to create a dynamic and energetic learning space.
  • Dependable and flexible with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to various classroom situations.
  • Experience in guiding children in an educational setting.
  • Proven skills in classroom management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education is preferred, or currently pursuing a degree in Education or a STEM-related field.
  • Possession of a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to obtain one, along with a background check.
