  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and program activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-energy, interactive science programs to children aged 3-12, promoting STEM education and critical thinking skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations, identifying opportunities for program growth and expansion.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date on best practices in science education and program delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new program content and materials, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in a science-related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to pass a background check, as required by our organization.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
