Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at NuWave Solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing JEE software applications using modern software engineering tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement JEE software applications
  • Use modern software engineering tools and methodologies including Eclipse, Spring boot, Kubernetes, Docker, and Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence)
  • Work with users in an Agile development approach to understand requirements, then elicit feedback and refine solution through demonstrations
  • Present the solution at formal and informal design reviews, and document the design according to the Government's system lifecycle methodology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 to 10 years of experience
  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML and JSON
  • AWS
  • JQuery, Angular, React
  • SQL
  • JEE Web Tier Technologies (Servlets, Struts, Spring MVC)
  • EJBS
  • Web services (SOAP and Restful)
  • Unix/ Linux
  • JEE Server experience (Spring boot, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere etc.)
  • JMS
  • Database Connectivity (JDBC, JPA, Hibernate)
  • 8-10+ years Java JEE
  • Experience developing microservices
