Position Summary:

We are seeking a functional lead for the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role will oversee the solution design and implementation of FICO within the SAP S/4 HANA record-to-report process area.

As a key member of the SAP Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with global business stakeholders and IT teams to plan and execute finance processes effectively.

This position requires a hands-on solution expert who can lead discussions and drive the development of a top-tier systems capability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the SAP COE, leading the solution development for a global greenfield implementation.
  • Identify best practices and design a comprehensive SAP FICO solution.
  • Analyze business process gaps and create test plans while translating requirements into specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions and execute testing as part of the rollout.
  • Provide operational support, including end-user assistance and system troubleshooting.
  • Manage changes and enhancements through a structured change management process.
  • Oversee master data uploads and other critical system activities to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP platform configuration, including 3-4 years in brownfield/greenfield deployments of SAP S/4.
  • Comprehensive experience in full life cycle implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficient in key areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cost Center Accounting.
  • Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong integration knowledge with other SAP functional areas, including MM, PP, and SD.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective automation and systems solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
