Sales Director role for the NAM region focusing on top line revenue growth and sales targets by managing customer relationships, sales strategies and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the NAM region.
- Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities to secure revenue growth.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales department and provide guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
- Develop and maintain operational systems that increase efficiency and profitability across the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a testing laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
