Job Title: Cashier Stocker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier Stocker to join our team at Farah Family Inc. As a Cashier Stocker, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock Management: Maintain a well-organized stockroom, receive and stock merchandise, and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and facing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the checkout area, stockroom, and sales floor.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
