Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
