Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, answering questions and addressing their needs.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and gas pumps.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Basic Math Skills and Accuracy with Handling Cash
  • Ability to Lift 25+ Pounds and Work in Various Temperatures
