Key Responsibilities- Lead complex projects simultaneously, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage architects and construction crews to ensure successful buildouts within budget and timeline parameters.
- Collaborate with business management to define project requirements, establish objectives, and measure success.
- Develop project charters, integrated project plans, and related project management artifacts.
- Document, track, and disseminate risks, issues, assumptions, action items, decisions, and questions.
- Assess and facilitate resolution of high-priority project risks and issues.
- Define and track project milestones, developing and maintaining an integrated delivery plan.
- Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders and publish regular project status reports.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- 5+ years' experience in project management, with a focus on construction and/or healthcare or pharmacy.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritization and deadline management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to make effective presentations.
- Sound business and technical acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other relevant tools.
