Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial HVAC units.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly and efficiently, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including completed tasks and findings, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards, and maintain a safe working environment.
- EPA Certification is a must; additional certifications and licenses are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial HVAC experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
