Job Summary
Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Field Support Representative, you will provide technical support for Ductless and VRF systems, working closely with customers to resolve issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Ductless and VRF systems, including troubleshooting and repair
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and service
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Ductless and VRF systems or similar HVAC equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical and refrigeration principles
