Pharmacist Manager Job Description

HealthCare Support is seeking a skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead our team in Portsmouth, RI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet/exceed site budgets by leveraging operational policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Optimize cost management in line with script counts, collaborating with the General Manager to drive growth and mitigate risk.
  • Drive organic growth and negotiate customer contracts in collaboration with regional leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive deal closures and organic growth.
  • Work typical daytime hours 8-5pm M-F (40 hours per week on site).
Required Qualifications:
  • Current license to practice pharmacy in Rhode Island.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
  • Proficient in clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions, and allergies.
  • Previous management/sales experience is ideal.
