We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced radiologist to join our team as a clinical faculty member in abdominal imaging. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.

About the Position

This is a full-time faculty position in the clinical educator track, with a focus on abdominal imaging. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a wide range of clinical and educational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active clinical practice in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Participation in the advancement and education of diagnostic radiology medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Participation in the development and management of new and ongoing clinical research
  • Provide clinical imaging services to interpret X-rays, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound examinations, as well as performing non-invasive fluoroscopic procedures
  • Supervise the performance of technical personnel
  • Be part of the on-call radiology schedule
  • Exercise quality assurance as related to the practice of general radiology and abdominal imaging
  • Provide abdominal imaging consultation as requested
  • Staff off-site outpatient imaging sites as requested by the Division Director or Chair
  • Assume administrative responsibilities related to the practice of abdominal radiology
  • Participate in teaching activities related to general radiology as required
Requirements
  • Medical Degree
  • Diagnostic Radiology Residency
  • Body Imaging Fellowship
  • American Board of Radiology Certified or Board Eligible
  • Florida Medical License or Eligible
