Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care through a collaborative interprofessional approach, focusing on treatment, research, education, and advocacy.
- Coordinate care for assigned patients during shifts to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Guide and mentor team members to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and excellence in patient care.
- Implement evidence-based practices in accordance with established nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Engage in quality clinical improvement initiatives by adhering to departmental and hospital safety standards.
- Complete all required annual competencies and training for your designated patient population and unit.
- Participate in the performance evaluation process.

Work Schedule:
Day shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday obligations.
