Payroll Implementation Consultant

As a Payroll Implementation Consultant at ADP, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by implementing our industry-leading payroll and HR solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems, and guide them towards the best solution for their unique requirements.
Responsibilities- Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
- Implement ADP technologies and deliver a comprehensive ADP solution by consulting with clients, analyzing existing systems, and recommending new processes and tools.
- Partner internally with ADP associates in sales and customer service to exchange routine information and collaborate on client projects.
- Work on multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items simultaneously, sharing essential information with clients and ADP teams.
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
- Basic project management skills
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
