Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as an Assistant Kitchen Manager. This role will assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with administrative duties, such as inventory management and invoicing, as well as working line shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials, working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
