Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients from admission through discharge.
- Collaborate with patients and families to provide theory-based professional nursing care and coordinate care delivery with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues that may impact patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited School of Nursing.
- At least one year of previous Preoperative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience.
- Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
