Job Title: Cashier

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and checkout areas
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
