As a representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating and executing project activities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute production processes as planned while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Enhance customer and client experiences, focusing on overall satisfaction as reflected in online feedback.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their work.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation to support the services rendered.
  • Manage labor and material usage on assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with the restoration project manager and office staff regarding project updates and challenges.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to OSHA guidelines to ensure job safety.
  • Safeguard assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials.
  • Provide coaching and training to restoration technicians.

Position Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • IICRC certification is required for the supervisor role.

Skills and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Proficient in repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects.
  • Ability to work with cleaning agents safely.
