Project Coordinator Role

This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Rudolph Libbe Group team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, estimators, and superintendents to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project planning, procurement, document control, and subcontractor coordination. You will also be responsible for developing meeting minutes, tracking processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and estimators with project planning and implementation
  • Procure labor, materials, and equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking processes
  • Develop meeting minutes and updates
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
