Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paperwork Specialist to join our team at The Employee Connect. This temporary role involves handling documents daily, including separating and opening mail, preparing documents for scanning, and completing tasks like making photocopies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Efficiently prepare, scan, inspect, and assemble documents.
  2. Meet production and quality standards, maintaining customer satisfaction.
  3. Operate and troubleshoot scanning equipment, handle minor maintenance, and monitor machine performance.
  4. Ensure an organized workstation and accurate documentation completion.

This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with basic computer skills, is necessary for success. Physical demands include occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing, bending, and light twisting.
