We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a leading provider of engineering and contract manufacturing services.

About the Job

This role will involve performing duties in kitting, receiving, shipping, and other warehouse functions under direct supervision. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Responsible for performing physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping and receiving area, including distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately count and verify received material, calculate totals and extend weights, volumes; enter or scan appropriate data into the system.
  • Warehouse Operations: Move materials to the warehouse area, read, interpret, and accurately retrieve material from the warehouse for production use from released work orders.
  • Clerical Functions: Prepare required shipping labels, addresses, documents, and certifications, maintain accurate records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of warehousing and material handling procedures preferred, good math skills and basic computer knowledge, ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, perform all warehouse functions necessary at auxiliary locations.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
