We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team in Columbia, Maryland.
About the RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop expertise in system automation and full stack development, and contribute to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services, as well as experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML.
Responsibilities- Gather requirements from customers and build custom lists, libraries, and workflows using SharePoint.
- Analyze and correct active and impending problems with SharePoint.
- Create accounts, modify configuration files, and perform actions to provide users and processes with access to the product or remove access when necessary.
- Analyze SharePoint for performance and usage issues and develop changes to prepare the COTS product for significant changes in usage levels.
- Assess applications utilizing SharePoint for impacts due to COTS upgrades, develop plans to implement COTS upgrades, and implement them to minimize user impact.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering, or ten (10) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- At least four (4) years of experience with SharePoint.
- Extensive knowledge of C#.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to all audiences.

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $190,000 based on factors such as relevant prior work experience, education, specific skills, and certifications.
