Belay Technologies is a leading provider of technology and engineering solutions to the DoD and commercial clients.

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team in Columbia, Maryland.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop expertise in system automation and full stack development, and contribute to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services, as well as experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML.

Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements from customers and build custom lists, libraries, and workflows using SharePoint.
  • Analyze and correct active and impending problems with SharePoint.
  • Create accounts, modify configuration files, and perform actions to provide users and processes with access to the product or remove access when necessary.
  • Analyze SharePoint for performance and usage issues and develop changes to prepare the COTS product for significant changes in usage levels.
  • Assess applications utilizing SharePoint for impacts due to COTS upgrades, develop plans to implement COTS upgrades, and implement them to minimize user impact.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering, or ten (10) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • At least four (4) years of experience with SharePoint.
  • Extensive knowledge of C#.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to all audiences.

Salary Range

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $190,000 based on factors such as relevant prior work experience, education, specific skills, and certifications.
