Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated janitor who takes pride in their work to join our team

Part-time position - 12 hours per week, available Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings.

This role involves lifting up to 40lbs, passing a background check, utilizing a backpack vacuum, and having reliable transportation.

Compensation: $18 per hour

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in building interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and walls
  • Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, and office equipment
  • Manage cleaning supplies and place orders for new products as necessary
  • Empty waste and recycling containers
  • Organize and replenish supply rooms
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Ensure restrooms are clean and well-maintained
  • Wash and polish windows and mirrors
  • Report unsafe conditions, major repairs, and any unusual occurrences to supervisors
  • Operate floor cleaning machines and other equipment as needed
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Demonstrate proven experience as a janitor
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Integrity and capability to work independently
  • Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Manage time effectively
  • Utilize basic cleaning equipment proficiently
