Job Title: Creative Director

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead the development of the Penn State Alumni Association's visual identity and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Penn State Alumni Association's visual identity across all projects and platforms.
  • Collaborate with content authors to ensure solutions reflect the overall strategic mission.
  • Manage and comply with the Association's brand visual identity guidelines, style guides, templates, and processes.
  • Supervise junior designers and interns, prioritizing, assigning, and managing creative vision from concept to completion.
  • Maintain working relationships with vendors that support printing, photography, graphic design, and promotions for the Association.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in multimedia design or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Qualified candidates will be creative professionals with the ability to succeed on cross-functional, fast-paced teams with multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and complexity.
