Associate Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative solutions that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain the creative direction and goals for specific projects, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives.
- Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring all deliverables are met and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and execute creative solutions of the highest standard, incorporating traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
- Provide strategic guidance to the creative team, ensuring they have a deep understanding of client business and marketing needs.
- Manage fiscal job budgets and utilization of team members, preparing reports as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, communications, or journalism preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the industry, with a focus on consumer products, media, or agency experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically.
- Ability to supervise and delegate responsibility, train and evaluate performance, and make oral presentations.
- Proficiency in MAC computers and current fluency in relevant computer programs, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Acrobat, and MS Office Suite.
