Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our facilities. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
* Operate power equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively
* Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to management
* Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* No experience required, on-the-job training provided
* High school diploma not required
