Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Plant Operations Technician to join our team at Reco NC LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the uptime and effectiveness of all plant equipment, machinery, and other assets.

About the Role:

This role requires strong trouble-shooting skills, ability to read and comprehend technical instructions, and physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing for long periods, walking frequently, stooping, bending, and using close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all company assets, including the building, machinery, and equipment.
  • Perform equipment installations and connections to utilities as needed.
  • Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, piping systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
  • Serve as a liaison to outside vendors to represent the company for external services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
  • Industry-specific training in electronics, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, robotics, etc.
  • At least five years' experience in a manufacturing engineering or maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
