ACTS Retirement-Life Communities is actively seeking qualified candidates for the role of Construction Project Manager.

In this capacity, you will oversee the construction crew in executing on-site activities to construct and renovate projects within the community. You will be responsible for supervising all personnel and ensuring a safe working environment. This role involves significant engagement in planning, organizing, and managing projects. You will also be tasked with procuring materials, scheduling deliveries, obtaining estimates, and managing timelines.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in the construction or maintenance sector.
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with building regulations and safety standards (OSHA).
  • A valid driver's license is required and must be maintained.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $34.03 per hour, with variations based on skills and experience.
