We are a well-established pulmonary group seeking a new partner to enhance our team. As the oldest and largest pulmonary practice in the suburban region, our physicians have been dedicated to providing exceptional medical care for decades.
Position OverviewThe new partner will primarily focus on office-based pulmonary care, with some patient interactions in the hospital setting, although critical care cases will not be part of the responsibilities.
Call Schedule and CoverageWe maintain a 1:6 call schedule, with hospital coverage rotating among all providers for one week at a time. Our team values a family-oriented environment, ensuring a family-friendly schedule for all partners.
Comprehensive Services OfferedOur practice provides a full range of office-based pulmonary and sleep evaluations, including:
- Complete pulmonary function testing
- Blood gas analysis
- Chest x-rays
- Bone density assessments
- Electrocardiograms (EKG)
- Nasolaryngoscopy for chronic cough and upper airway disorders
- ABI for peripheral vascular disease evaluation
In the hospital, we manage critically ill patients in the ICU and provide pulmonary and sleep consultations. Our services include:
- Management of mechanical ventilation
- Line placements (CVP, vascular catheters, Swan-Ganz catheters)
- Intubations
- Chest tube insertions
- Thoracentesis
We perform advanced interventional bronchoscopy procedures, such as:
- Endobronchial tumor ablation
- Hemoptysis control
- Foreign body removal via cryotherapy or electrocautery
- Endobronchial stent placement
Our practice operates from three offices and two fully accredited sleep centers, all conveniently located. The area is known for its excellent shopping, fine dining, top-tier schools, and country clubs, making it a desirable location for professionals and families alike.
