Therapist / Counselor (Master's) - East Tennessee Opportunities

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Master's level therapists/counselors to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center in East Tennessee. As a therapist/counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and youth, in various settings such as clinics, schools, and community-based programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with mental health issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct crisis interventions and provide aftercare resources as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling or a related field
- Licensed therapist/counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for local travel
