Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Sevier Clinic. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date consumer charts, registration records, and scheduling appointments.
- Process daily cash logs, reconcile deposits, and manage patient payments.
- Verify and update patient demographic information, address, and phone numbers.
- Assist patients during their time in the clinic, answer phone calls, collect copays, and process registrations.
- Run reports on scheduled appointments, clinical staff requests, and chart queries.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
About the Position
